ABOUT THE POD__

Conversations with people tackling (seemingly) unsolvable problems

A podcast for people who want to see the world become a better place, and are tired of politics and culture wars getting in the way.

The host: Matt Leger

“I am a Disgruntled Millennial that is tired of political extremes and culture wars, tired of arguing and shouting, and I just want answers. I know that hidden behind the breaking news headlines are bright spots: people and organizations that are slowly but surely chipping away at the wicked problems that ail us.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

Inspiration from people transcending politics and culture wars to bring about positive change.

Episodes are categorized by major themes including workforce & education, society & culture, wealth building, parenting & families, public policy, and others.

In each episode, Matt will lead a series of discussions with people around topics that align with each theme. For example, under the workforce theme, there will be a series of discussions about neurodiversity in the workplace, AI and its impact on the workforce, and other related issues.

Matt will host discussions with guests that are changemakers in their communities. Together they will discuss the root causes of society’s most complex challenges and talk about emerging solutions. Together Matt and his guests will highlight stories of people and organizations making an impact in the real world. He will get into the nitty gritty details about how the work is getting done and how that is translating into meaningful outcomes for people and communities in need.

He will close every episode with a list of action items for listeners to go and make change in their communities. The hope is to inspire people all over the world to do the hard, necessary work to tackle the most pressing problems facing society.
